Where They Started

Most of the 3D artists on my team started with very little knowledge and experience when it came to rendering. These are examples of the work they were capable of in the early stages of their career.

Training & Resources

Over time, I spent countless hours conducting hands-on training, finding resources, collecting assets, teaching best practices in texturing and lighting, which led to significant improvements in my team’s rendering capabilities.

As a designer, I believe we should always be sharing our knowledge with each other in order to help each grow our skills and craft.

Where They’re At

I am extremely proud to be able to see the improvement in my teams capabilities. The quality of their textures, attention to details, dynamic lighting, and use of colors is dramatically evident in just the few examples here.
